Our Catering Menu is perfect for your next Off-Premise Event. We can provide services as simple as just dropping it off, or we can provide the servers to make your event complete. Just contact us at catering@montgomeryinn.com and your party will be under way.

General Information

Montgomery Inn Catering provides heavy-duty Chinet® plates, napkins, plastic ware, serving utensils, bibs and wet naps for all caterings and deliveries. For delivery or pick-up, the food is packaged bulk, (“buffet-style”) and sent in disposable foil containers for your convenience.

We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time for a delivery with the food fresh, hot and ready to serve. We will assist you with set up, and although we do not provide chafing dishes for deliveries, we do have them for sale or rent.

If you choose full service catering, we will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time. In addition to paper and plastic ware we will provide buffet tables, chafing dishes, sterno and linen for our buffet tables. We will serve your guests as they come through the buffet line and provide general clean up after the meal. Please speak with your sales manager if you require any additional linens, china, or audio visual equipment.

Payment Policy and Cancellation
A credit card number must be on file upon receiving your order. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or check upon delivery.

Service Charges
Our Catering Department has the following service charges:

• For full service catering, there is a $175.00 minimum charge or 20% of your total bill, whichever is greater.
• For delivery a $50.00 fee will apply.

We can also supply a bartender for $25.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
